Stephen MacKenzie
Stephen has served in the British Armed Forces gaining a wealth of experience over 17 years. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to travel and serving in Germany, Cyprus, Canada and completing two tours of Afghanistan. More recently, being based in Catterick, Stephen has taken a leadership role within a Battery Fitter Section, with responsibilities including the day-to-day management of the section, ensuring that both his team and the unit are fully prepared for deployment. This experience has honed his skills in organisation, decision-making, and teamwork. Stephen brings his valuable health & safety knowledge to the role as a Co-opted Governor within Synergy schools.
Stephen has three children, all who have been taught at Crakehall School, and in his limited personal time, he enjoys socialising with family and friends.
